Fotballskolen med de engelske trenerne er vel gjennomført og ble en suksess. Alle jeg har snakket med var veldig fornøyde, og vi kommer nok til å lage et tilsvarende opplegg neste år. Les brevet fra trenerne her. Hello Stig.
We are hoping you will be able to post this short letter on your website and maybe forward it to Stromsgodset, Assiden and the local newspaper.
We recently had the pleasure of delivering a 4 day soccer camp for young players from Konnerud, Stromsgodset and Assiden Football Clubs and we would like all concerned to know that we - the five/coaches trainers - think that all the children who attended are a real credit to their clubs, parents and most importantly themselves.
During the 4 days they sometimes were asked to undertake their activities in conditions that were far from ideal and despite the rain they remained upbeat and managed always to join in the 'fun' we endeavored to include within the programme as well as keeping their concentration to learn a few different things than they had probably witnessed before.
We all felt that EVERY child had done their best irrespective of their different levels of ability and from our point of view we got great pleasure in witnessing the way they seemed at ease making friends with us and indeed with children from what must be local rival clubs.
We hope we can return to meet up again with these kids - and many more - next year and would just like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of them. Well done to you all.
